Riot On Sunset StripRiot On Sunset Strip - The Standells

Here come Boston punks the Standells with the title theme to the Hollywood kids under curfew exploitation flick.

I'm currently reading Rock Star by Jackie Collins; easily the best Rock fiction ever written. I want to be Kris Pheonix, frontman for The Wild Ones. White hot and ready to play. I want luscious icy blonde Cybil Wilde as my LA squeeze with the knock-out body, while luscious Danish fashion designer Astrid housesits for me in London (she's a maniac in the sack by the way).

I want a marble sink and Marcus Citreon as my manager. There's his wife, Nova Citroen... she's luscious. I want the movie rights for Christmas.

"Did you wish for me to become a star?" Sharleen asked urgently, licking her luscious lips.

The Raspberries Overnight Sensation - The Raspberries

Dig the gauche, airport novel narrative. Dig the Jackie Collins-esque music industry jargon. Dig the 'Yeah Yeah Yeahs' and 'Whoa Baby's'.

'I just wanna hit record, yeah!' he replied, just before kissing her warm inviting lips.

It was 1974 and Eric Carmen and his Rapberries were Power Pop kings. They rocked and they rocked hard; constantly number one in the charts.

The girls loved him for his luscious looks, his spiky, dirty-blond hair, his ice blue eyes and his wiry body. They especially liked his wiry body.

'Wanna hear it on the radio?' luscious record company executive Rafealla DeLuxe enquired seductively as she let her silk robe drop to the floor.

Manifesto & Book News

If it's ever been on K-Tel or Ronco, it's in. If it features hand claps, cow bells, syrupy orchestration, walls of sound, wrecking crews, sha-la-las, toothy teen idols, candy-based metaphors for carnal acts or lyrics about hugging, squeezing and rocking all night long, it's in.

"WE WANT THE WILD ONES!" chanted the crowd. "WE WANT THE WILD ONES!"
